Using Dreamware

These Terms govern your use of Dreamware at dreamware.life. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Dreamware provides personal journaling, tracking, astrology, history, and optional social features. Its Privacy Policy explains how information is handled and deleted.

Your account

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use only accounts you are authorized to use. Do not impersonate anyone, bypass access controls, or share credentials for that purpose. Use password recovery if needed, sign out on shared devices, and contact Dreamware if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Use Dreamware lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not:

• Access private records or collect user information without permission.
• Upload malicious, unlawful, or rights-violating material.
• Harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, or spam other people.
• Disrupt the service, abuse automated requests, or evade a suspension.

Your content and sharing

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Dreamware the limited, non-exclusive permission to host, store, process, and display it as needed to provide, maintain, and secure the service, generate requested features, and carry out your sharing choices. This does not give Dreamware ownership of your private writing or permission to publish it for advertising.

You are responsible for having permission to enter photos and personal or birth information about Saved People and group members. Respect information friends share with you. Content permissions end when content is removed, subject to the retention described in the Privacy Policy; removing access cannot recall copies another person has already saved.

Dreamware’s interface, original explanatory material, and software remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Using Dreamware does not transfer ownership of those materials; third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses.

Informational features

Astrology, chart comparisons, interpretations, and Insights are for personal reflection and entertainment. They are not scientific predictions, professional advice, or proof that a pattern caused an outcome.

Cycle estimates and body, food, exercise, and other wellness features are informational tools, not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, contraception, or reliable fertility guidance. Dreamware does not provide medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice and is not an emergency service. Seek an appropriately qualified professional when needed.

Availability

Features may change, be interrupted, or end. Dreamware depends on third-party hosting, authentication, storage, and email services, so uninterrupted access, error-free results, and recovery of every record cannot be guaranteed. External services have their own terms and privacy practices. Where reasonably practical, Dreamware will give advance notice of changes that materially affect access to stored content.

Suspension, termination, and deletion

You may stop using Dreamware and request account deletion through Account; remove your profile photo in Profile first. Dreamware may restrict or end access for a breach of these Terms, abuse, security risk, legal requirement, or service discontinuation. When practical, Dreamware will give notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue, but may act immediately for security or legal reasons. The Privacy Policy explains what deletion does and does not remove. Ending access does not promise immediate deletion of every retained copy; contact Dreamware if you believe access was restricted in error.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dreamware is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, Dreamware and the people operating it are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing here limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Changes and contact

These Terms may change as the service changes; the date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be highlighted through the service or another appropriate notice where required by law.
